1/17/2008 3:33:35 PM: Restoring Pages - 2 Step Process For those of you having difficulty restoring your own pages from the archive there are 2 things to do. First, change the term and year. Second, update the visibility dates for Jan 2008-May 2008. Both of these settings are set in Course Reserves Page Settings under Page Management. Please contact us if you need assistance. Sorry for the confusion.
9/13/2006 9:54:24 AM: Using electronic content instead of print If we have electronic access to any of the content posted to your course page we may swap out the print version for the electronic one. We do this for copyright purposes. Since we are licensed to use the electronic version, we do not actually have to register our use and pay royalty fees for this electronic content (we would for the scanned print version) as it is part of our contract with the vendor. If you have any questions regarding this change please contact us using the ERes_mgr@holycross.edu e-mail address.
8/28/2006 10:13:39 AM: Faculty Login to ERes To Login to ERes please use your Novell username. The password is not your Novell password, unless you set it to be so. If you are unsure of your password, it can be reset - please contact ERes_mgr@holycross.edu
8/14/2006 11:13:10 AM: ERes Upgrade ERes has a new look as we have upgraded to the latest version. Please contact Eileen Cravedi if you have any questions; eres_mgr@holycross.edu or X2672
8/1/2005: Faculty - want to use ERes? All faculty must attend a brief tutorial before being granted an ERes account. This can be arranged individually or via a workshop. Please contact the ERes Manager, Eileen Cravedi, for details.
2/28/2003: Removing Documents While editing their own pages a few users have inadvertently removed more documents than intended. Once the document is removed there is no way to retrieve it - it must be scanned in or uploaded again. Please be very careful when removing documents from your page.
If you have any questions about this or would like us to edit your page please let us know.
Thanks!
1/3/2003: Archiving & Restoring To comply with Copyright, only course pages for the current semester can be available. Therefore, each semester course pages from the previous semester will be archived. If you need the course page for the current semester, the Term can be changed to reflect the current semester. If you need course pages restored from the archive for use in the current semester let us know. As always, if you have questions or need assistance feel free to stop by, call, or e-mail.
